Directions: The metered nasal pump provides a precise amount of spray in a fine mist. Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using. Prior to initial use, remove clear cap, prime pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through nose. Clean nozzle after each use and replace safety cap. Spray one to three times in each nostril as needed. Shake before each use.

If symptoms persist for more than two weeks, stop use and see a doctor. Note: You may experience a burning sensation associated with capsicum, that is normal. Warning: Use by more than one person may spread infection. Keep out of reach of children.
