This savory & spicy Creole blend combines the flavor of the French Quarter with the legacy of Louisiana bayou cooking.

For grilling or roasting, use 1 Tbsp of Cajun Street per lb of meat; sprinkle, then rub in and prepare. For a quick and easy dip, stir 1 Tbsp seasoning into an 8-oz tub of prepared plain hummus. Mix into mayonnaise for a sandwich or dipping condiment to add a touch of Creole heat. Delicious as a flavor enhancer for any shrimp recipe; just sprinkle then grill or saute.
