Beta Alanine is an amino acid that is used to enhance muscular endurance. The benefit is highly noticeable in moderate to high intensity cardio.
•Beta-Alanine’s effectiveness comes through boosting the synthesis of carnosine. Carnosine acts as an intra muscular buffer to keep the pH from dipping too low. If pH drops too low, you have significantly less strength and fatigue quicker.
